Cranberry Fruit Basket
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 (6 ounce) package cranberry Jell-O gelatin
- 1 12 cups cold ginger ale
- 2 cups halved green seedless grapes or 2 cups red seedless grapes
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange segments, drained
- Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowlat least two minutes until completely dissolved.
- Stir in cold ginger al.
- Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression) Stir in fruit.
- Spoon into a 6-cup mold sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Unmold.
