Best Ice Cream Dessert Recipe

  1. Crush cereal; mix with coconut and melted butter.
  2. Reserve 1/4 c. for crumb topping and spread remaining mix proportionately in the bottom of 9"x13" glass or possibly no- stick coated pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min.
  4. When cold, top proportionately with slices of vanilla ice cream, then sherbet.
  5. Spread whipped topping over all and sprinkle with reserved crumb mix.
  6. Cover tightly; freeze till served.
  7. Triple this recipe to serve 50.
  8. Don't serve in aluminum pan.
  9. Serves 18 to 20.
