beer batter
- 12 oz beer
- 2 cup flour
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 oil
- 2 each egg yolk
- mix flour egg and melted butter together( this should be clumpy)
- then add beer ( the consistency should be clumpy pancake mix)
- dredge what ever you feel like eating( chicken, beef, venison, shrimp, or game fish).
- It all tastes good.
- preheat oil to 370F
- place battered pieces in oil for 5-7 min on each side.
- the time will change for the thickness of pieces
- place on rack or paper towels and let cool, then enjoy
