beer batter

  1. mix flour egg and melted butter together( this should be clumpy)
  2. then add beer ( the consistency should be clumpy pancake mix)
  3. dredge what ever you feel like eating( chicken, beef, venison, shrimp, or game fish).
  4. It all tastes good.
  5. preheat oil to 370F
  6. place battered pieces in oil for 5-7 min on each side.
  7. the time will change for the thickness of pieces
  8. place on rack or paper towels and let cool, then enjoy
