Shredded Potatoes Au Gratin Recipe

  1. Place potatoes in boiling water; reduce to simmer for 10 min.
  2. Drain, cold and peel and shred with grater.
  3. Alternate potato and cheese in greased baking dish.
  4. Pour cream over potatoes; sprinkle bread crumbs and dot with butter.
  5. Bake 45 min at 350 degrees.
  6. Yum!
