Name Yer Poison Liqueur Cake

  1. Cake: Beat the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, water and liqueur in a mixing bowl.
  2. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes or until the cake tests done.
  4. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
  5. Invert onto a serving plate and poke holes over the cake with a fork or wooden pick.
  6. Glaze: Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  7. Stir in the water and sugar.
  8. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  9. Remove from the heat and stir in the liqueur.
  10. Drizzle over the cake, allowing it to soak in before adding more glaze.
  11. Repeat to use all of the glaze.
