Blue Cheese Cream Sauce

  1. Mix white sauce, blue cheese, steak sauce and onion in large saucepan.
  2. Bring just to a simmer on medium heat, stirring frequently.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in parsley.
  4. Hold at 140F for up to 1 hour, adding water or milk as needed to maintain desired consistency.
