Blue Cheese Cream Sauce
- 1-1/2 gal. Prepared white sauce or Alfredo sauce
- 1-1/2 qt. blue cheese, crumbled
- 2-2/3 cups A.1. Original Sauce
- 2 cups Large yellow onions, thinly sliced
- 2-2/3 cups fresh parsley, chopped
- Mix white sauce, blue cheese, steak sauce and onion in large saucepan.
- Bring just to a simmer on medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat; stir in parsley.
- Hold at 140F for up to 1 hour, adding water or milk as needed to maintain desired consistency.
