Teriyaki Eggplants

  1. Peel the eggplants vertically with a peeler, cut lengthwise into halves, then chop them up roughly.
  2. Chop the green peppers into four lengthwise pieces, then chop them up roughly.
  3. Spread the oil in a frying pan, then stir fry the eggplants.
  4. When the eggplants are done, also cook the green peppers.
  5. Add the condiments and stir fry briefly.
  6. Dish it up and serve with some white sesame seeds.
