Teriyaki Eggplants
- 2 large Eggplant
- 2 medium Green peppers
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 White sesame seeds
- Peel the eggplants vertically with a peeler, cut lengthwise into halves, then chop them up roughly.
- Chop the green peppers into four lengthwise pieces, then chop them up roughly.
- Spread the oil in a frying pan, then stir fry the eggplants.
- When the eggplants are done, also cook the green peppers.
- Add the condiments and stir fry briefly.
- Dish it up and serve with some white sesame seeds.
