Chilled Cucumber Parsley Soup

  1. Stir yogurt and cream together until smooth.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients and refrigerate until serving time.
  3. Garnish with thin unpeeled cucumber slices and a dash of paprika.
  4. Serves 6.
