English Muffin With Wafer Thin Ham, Gruyere, and Mustard

  1. Lightly toast muffin halves.
  2. Spread each half with mustard.
  3. Top with ham and gruyere cheese and grill/broil under medium low heat 2-3 minutes until bubling.
