Easy Chili Dog Casserole
- 2 (15 ounce) cans chili with beans (homemade may be used)
- 1 (16 ounce) pkg.all-beef frankfurters (turkey franks may be used)
- 10 (8 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 (8 ounce) package cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Have ready an 8- x 11-inch baking dish.
- Spread 1 can of chili with beans on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Roll up a frank inside each tortilla and place in baking dish, seam side down on top of chili.
- Top with remaining can of chili with beans and sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Variations:
- If you have some onions on hand, you may wish to chop one and put a little onion and cheese inside each rolled tortilla with the frank.
- Or you may want to use a little of the chili with the onions inside each tortilla roll.
- Or you may prefer to layer the chopped onions between the chili and the cheese.
