Party Casserole

  1. Add egg noodles and salt to rapidly boiling water, stirring occasionally until tender; drain.
  2. Saute onion in butter or margarine until tender, stir in green pepper and cook 1 minute longer.
  3. In large bowl blend mushroom soup, sour cream, salt and pepper, chicken, ham, olives, pimentos and artichoke hearts.
  4. Mix gently, spoon into buttered 3-quart casserole.
  5. Sprinkle with buttered crumbs.
  6. Bake at 325u0b0 for 1 hour, serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
