Spaghetti with Buffalo and Tomato and Basil Sauce

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Cook ground buffalo and red pepper flakes in a large skillet over medium-high heat about 6 minutes, breaking up clumps with a wooden spoon.
  3. Reduce heat.
  4. Add wine and continue cooking 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Add Tomato & Basil Sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  7. Drain pasta and immediately add hot spaghetti to sauce.
  8. Reduce heat.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Add Parmigiano cheese and basil; toss lightly.
  11. Transfer to a serving platter or bowl.
