GREY POUPON-Glazed Ham with Pear Chutney

  1. Heat oven to 325F.
  2. Place ham in roasting pan; cover loosely with foil.
  3. Bake 1-1/2 hours.
  4. Meanwhile, mix mustard, syrup and cloves until blended.
  5. Heat oil in small saucepan on medium heat.
  6. Add peppers; cook 3 to 5 min.
  7. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  8. Add pears, onions, currants, water, vinegar and 1/3 cup mustard mixture; mix well.
  9. Cook 20 min., stirring occasionally.
  10. Remove from heat; set aside until ready to use.
  11. Remove ham from oven; brush with remaining mustard mixture.
  12. Bake, uncovered, 30 min.
  13. or until heated through (140F).
  14. Slice ham.
  15. Serve topped with pear chutney.
