Olive oil and Garlic Prawns
- 4 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 garlic cloves, finely sliced
- 200 grams ready to eat prawns
- 1 red chilli, sliced, (optional)
- Heat the olive oil, bay leaves and chilli over a medium heat.
- Add in the garlic and salt and fry for 2-3 minutes or until the garlic has slightly browned and softened.
- Stirring regularly.
- Add in the prawns and fry for a further 1 1/2 minutes.
- Enjoy with a good artisan bread.
