Olive oil and Garlic Prawns

  1. Heat the olive oil, bay leaves and chilli over a medium heat.
  2. Add in the garlic and salt and fry for 2-3 minutes or until the garlic has slightly browned and softened.
  3. Stirring regularly.
  4. Add in the prawns and fry for a further 1 1/2 minutes.
  5. Enjoy with a good artisan bread.
