Mediterranean Ratatouille Pasta Salad
- 2/3 cup Kraft Mayo Calorie-Wise Real Mayonnaise
- 6 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/2 tsp. chili flakes
- 2 qt. cooked whole wheat medium pasta shells
- 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup eggplants, grilled, chopped
- 1 cup yellow zucchini, grilled, diced
- 1 cup zucchini, grilled, diced
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, well drained, quartered
- 1 cup Kraft Shredded Asiago
- 1 cup fresh basil, chiffonade
- 1/2 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained, diced
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, julienned
- Mix mayonnaise, dressing and chili flakes.
- Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
- Add mayonnaise mixture; mix lightly.
