Salted Wonton Strips
- Wonton skins
- Oil
- Flavored salt, like Spiced Salt, salt and pepper
- Brush one side of the wonton skins lightly with oil, cut into thin strips and toss in a flavored salt (see Spiced Salt or a simple mixture of salt and pepper.
- Spread the strips on a baking sheet and toast in a preheated 350 oven for 5 to 8 minutes, or until they are lightly browned and crisp.
