Salmon With Scallion And Ginger
- 2 large salmon fillet or salmon head
- 1 cup scallion or spring onion
- 8 slice thinly ginger
- 1 tbsp each of sesame oil and vegetables oil
- 1/2 cup shaoxing wine
- 1 tbsp white vineger
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of 1 tsp cornstach mix with 4tbsp water
- with sesame oil pan fry salmon with ginger till fragrant about 5 to 10 minute on each side depending on thickness and size
- Then Add in the sauce and spring onion into pan bring to a boil
- put thickening and shake pan coating salmon for half a minute and off heat
