Baked Clams With Serrano Ham Spread Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a medium saute/fry pan, saute/fry ham, onion, and tomato.
  3. Add in tomato sauce and mustard.
  4. Cook for 5 min.
  5. In a food processor, puree ham mix.
  6. Cover the clams with the ham spread and bake for 8 min.
  7. This recipe yields 6 servings.
