Baked Clams With Serrano Ham Spread Recipe
- 2 ounce Serrano ham large diced
- 1/2 x white onion medium diced
- 1 x tomato medium diced
- 3 Tbsp. tomato sauce
- 2 tsp spicy mustard
- 12 x Little Neck clams shucked, and on the half shell
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a medium saute/fry pan, saute/fry ham, onion, and tomato.
- Add in tomato sauce and mustard.
- Cook for 5 min.
- In a food processor, puree ham mix.
- Cover the clams with the ham spread and bake for 8 min.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
