Honey Pumpkin Pie Recipe
- 1 can pumpkin
- 3/4 c. honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd cloves
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Pastry for single crust pie
- Stir pumpkin, honey, cinnamon, salt, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves.
- Add in Large eggs.
- Mix well.
- Stir in the milks mix.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake in 375 degree oven for 55-60 min.
