BBQ & Bacon Water Chestnuts

  1. What you need:
  2. Preheat oven to 350F
  3. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
  4. Cut the bacon in half, then in half again.
  5. Drain your water chestnuts and put them in a medium sized mixing bowl.
  6. Pour the barbecue sauce over them and coat evenly.
  7. For each water chestnut, wrap a piece of bacon around it and secure through the center with a toothpick.
  8. Do this for each one and place on the baking pan.
  9. Take the remaining barbecue sauce and coat the bacon wrapped chestnuts evenly.
  10. Bake in the over for approximately 30 minutes or until the bacon is done.
  11. Let cool for a few minutes and serve!
  12. Enjoy :)
