Chicken Lo Mein Recipe

  1. Slice chicken into strips.
  2. Mix soy sauce, sherry and cornstarch.
  3. Add in chicken and set aside.
  4. Prepare linguine according to package directions.
  5. Drain.
  6. Heat oil in skillet.
  7. Cook chicken on medium high, stirring, about 3 min.
  8. Add in mushrooms and pea pods.
  9. Add in bouillon and 1/2 c. water.
  10. Stir.
  11. Add in linguine and toss.
  12. Serves 6.
