BBQ Grilled Steak Wraps
- - boneless beef sirloin steaks
- 1-1/2 qt. medium onions, quartered King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 3 qt. medium red or green peppers, quartered
- 1-1/2 qt. KRAFT Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce or BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
- 48 each flour tortillas (6 inch)
- Grill steaks over medium-high heat 5 to 6 min.
- on each side or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, grill vegetables 4 to 5 min.
- on each side or until crisp-tender, turning occasionally and brushing the steaks and vegetables frequently with the barbecue sauce.
- Cut steak and vegetables into thin strips; toss lightly.
- Spoon about 1/2 cup of the steak mixture onto each tortilla; roll up.
