Funeral Potatoes
- 1 packages Frozen Hash browns (1lb.)
- 2 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Crushed Goldfish Crackers
- Microwave Hash browns in the bag cut open for a total of 15 minutes doing it 5 minutes and then shake it to mix it up.
- While waiting for the potatoes, mix Sour Cream, Cheese, and Cream of Chicken Soup together in a good size bowl (you'll add the potatoes into it)
- Add your microwaved Hash Bowns into the bowl.
- Mix well and put into a 9x13 pan, top with as much cheese as you'd like and then put crushed goldfish on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
