Butter spread

  1. Start off by using the heavy cream and making unsalted butter as described in my recipe link.
  2. Place butter into blender.
  3. You should have about a cup and a half.
  4. Add the oil.
  5. Add garlic powder and salt if desired.
  6. I used 1 tbsp garlic powder and 1 tsp salt.
  7. Blend.
  8. Store in fridge.
  9. Wait three hours for butter to set.
  10. Use as desired as a spread.
