Chicken Mango Spinach Salad
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup mango, peeled, sliced
- 1/4 cup avocado, peeled, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
- 4 oz. cooked chicken strips
- 1 small whole wheat dinner
- 8 oz. nonfat yogurt, favorite flavor
- 1 Tbsp. chopped almonds
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water
- TOSS spinach with mango, avocado and onion in large bowl.
- ADD dressing; mix lightly.
- SPOON mixture onto plate.
- Top with chicken.
- Serve meal with a roll.
- COMPLEMENT meal with yogurt topped with almonds.
- SERVE a glass of water with meal.
