Turkey Pot Pie Recipe

• 1 1/2-2 c. leftover turkey (may substitute chicken)
• 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. frzn mixed vegetables
• 2 cans cream of chicken soup
• 2 ready made pie crusts (found in dairy case)

1. Mix first 3 ingredients in bowl.
2. Prepare pie crusts in pie plate as directed.
3. Pour in mix and cover with pie shell (again as directed).
4. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 50-60 min.
