Pineapple Ambrosia Salad Recipe

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving 2 Tbsp.
  2. juice.
  3. Combine banana, grapes, coconut, marshmallows and pecans in bowl; mix lightly.
  4. Blend reserved pineapple juice and lowfat sour cream in small bowl.
  5. Pour over fruit mix; mix well.
  6. Refrigerate until serving time.
