Milk pie
- 1 pie shell (I used store bought)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (half and half works also)
- 1 milk (however much it takes to fill up the crust)
- 1 pinch cinnamon allspice or nutmeg whatever you like
- Preheat oven to 400F
- In a bowl mix flour sugar and salt.
- (Some people use a mixture of brown and white some people just said use white.
- Play around with it to see what you like)
- Add the heavy cream and mix.
- Put the pie shell on a cookie sheet.
- Put this mixture in pie shell and top with milk.
- Stir gently.
- Top with spice of your choice or leave it out.
- Bake at 400 for 15 mins then 350 for 40 mins.
- Let cool and enjoy.
