Strudel = Old Fashion

  1. Cream the flour and butter together in large bowl, then add salt and sour cream.
  2. Mix well and cover with plastic wrap.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Mix the filling next.
  5. Combine nuts, coconut and the apricot jam.
  6. The next day - divide dough into 4 parts.
  7. Roll one portion of the dough into a thin rectangle, top with a fourth of the filling.
  8. Roll up like jelly roll and repeat with the 3 remaining dough portions.
  9. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
