Meat Loaf, Super Moist, Barbecue Flavor Recipe
- 2 lbs. grnd meat
- 1 c. celery, finely minced
- 1 c. quick Quaker oats
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon dill
- Mix above ingredients.
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. ketchup 1/3 c. brown sugar 1 rounded teaspoon prepared mustard
- Mix above ingredients.
- Add in to meat mix.
- Stir in till well blended.
- Should be very moist.
- Pour into 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 inch pan and shape into long loaf.
- Drizzle ketchup on top for design.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hrs.
- Slice and serve.
