Meat Loaf, Super Moist, Barbecue Flavor Recipe

  1. Mix above ingredients.
  2. 1/2 to 3/4 c. ketchup 1/3 c. brown sugar 1 rounded teaspoon prepared mustard
  3. Mix above ingredients.
  4. Add in to meat mix.
  5. Stir in till well blended.
  6. Should be very moist.
  7. Pour into 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 inch pan and shape into long loaf.
  8. Drizzle ketchup on top for design.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hrs.
  10. Slice and serve.
