Lemongrass-Ginger Tea

  1. In a small pot with a lid, combine 1 quart water with the tea if youre using it, the ginger, and the lemongrass.
  2. Turn the heat to medium and heat until steam rises from the surface.
  3. Turn off the heat and cover; steep for 5 minutes.
  4. Strain, then return to the pan and reheat gently.
  5. Add sugar, then lime juice to taste.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve cold.
