Easy Spicy Hummus
- 1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice or 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon cumin
- 12 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 garlic clove (big)
- Place everything in a food processor and add a bit of water while it's processing.
- Keep adding water til it's the consistency you like.
- (about 5 tablespoons).
- Scrape down the sides once or twice.
