Picnic Potato Salad Recipe

• 3 lbs. potatoes
• 2 c. diced celery
• 1 sm. onion, minced
• 2 teaspoon salt
• 1 c. mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
• 2 tbsp. vinegar
• 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce

1. Cook potatoes in skins till tender.
2. Peel and cube.
3. Add in celery and onions; sprinkle with salt.
