Indian-Inspired Chicken Kabobs

  1. Mix barbecue sauce, 2 Tbsp.
  2. lemon juice, curry, cumin and pepper; pour half over chicken in shallow glass dish.
  3. Stir.
  4. Refrigerate 20 min.
  5. to marinate.
  6. Heat grill to medium heat.
  7. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  8. Thread chicken onto 6 skewers alternately with onions.
  9. Grill 8 to 10 min.
  10. or until chicken is done, turning occasionally and brushing with remaining barbecue sauce mixture.
  11. Meanwhile, combine remaining lemon juice, sour cream, cucumbers, mint and garlic.
  12. Serve with kabobs.
