Fruity Frozen Cheesecake
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 cup plus 3 Tbsp. sugar, divided
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1-1/3 cups orange juice
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
- 2 cups blueberries
- Heat oven to 325F.
- Mix graham crumbs, 3 Tbsp.
- sugar and butter until blended; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake 10 min.
- Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended.
- Add orange juice; mix well.
- Gently stir in COOL WHIP and berries; spoon over crust.
- Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
- Let stand at room temperature 15 min.
