Stuffed Pitas

  1. Sprinkle on the Mrs.
  2. Dash or Cumin.
  3. Cook the zucchini, broccoli and mushrooms in the microwave for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the tomato, corn, pepper and cheese to the mix.
  5. Drizzle on dressing.
  6. combine.
  7. Stuff the pitas and serve.
  8. Note Omit the cumin and use Mrs.
  9. Dash Onion and Herb mix instead or use another of your favorit Mrs.
  10. Dash's.
  11. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  12. Use your favorite salad dressing.
  13. In this case I used Ken's Fat Free Sundried Tomato.
