Healthy Caramel Dip

  1. In a small mixing bowl, put in the softened cream cheese, followed by vanilla and brown sugar.
  2. With a hand mixer on lowest setting blend until smooth and well mixed.
  3. Spoon into a pretty bowl and set on a large plate.
  4. Cut up apples (we love a mixture of Granny Smith and Red Delicious) and place on the plate around the bowl.
  5. Enjoy in knowing that your kids are eating something they love thats healthy!!
