Healthy Caramel Dip
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 6 whole Apples, sliced
- In a small mixing bowl, put in the softened cream cheese, followed by vanilla and brown sugar.
- With a hand mixer on lowest setting blend until smooth and well mixed.
- Spoon into a pretty bowl and set on a large plate.
- Cut up apples (we love a mixture of Granny Smith and Red Delicious) and place on the plate around the bowl.
- Enjoy in knowing that your kids are eating something they love thats healthy!!
