Herbed Spinach Ricotta Gnocchi

  1. Place spinach, ricotta and herbs in a food processor to

  3. Season with salt,pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Transfer to a
  5. bowl and add half the Parmesan, the eggs and the flour and.
  6. mix well.
  7. Make little dumplings and cook in plenty of
  8. boiling water for 3 minutes or until they raise to the
  9. surface.
  10. Transfer gnocchis to a buttered baking dish.
  11. Pour
  12. tomato sauce on top and sprinkle the Parmesan.
  13. Bake a few
  14. minutes until very hot.
