Sausage Spinach Half Moons Recipe

• 1 pkg. frzn minced spinach, cooked and well liquid removed
• 6 links Italian sausage, removed from skins, crumbled, pan fried till barely cooked. Drain fat.
• 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
• Course grnd pepper and salt to taste
• 3 cloves, finely minced garlic

1. Mix all above ingredients.
