Green Pepper And Tenderloin Tips With Rice Recipe

  1. Brown tips in butter till all pink is gone.
  2. Add in peppers, onions, garlic, and soy sauce.
  3. Stir to coat all ingredients.
  4. Cover and simmer for about 30 min or possibly till vegetables are tender.
  5. Mix cornstarch with beef broth or possibly water and add in to meat and vegetables.
  6. Cook till sauce is thickened.
  7. Serve over a bed of rice.
  8. Serves 4.
