BUNNYMALLOWS Easter Dessert Pizza
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) refrigerated sliceable sugar cookies, sliced
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1-1/4 cups cold milk
- 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 2 cups mixed fresh fruit (raspberries, sliced bananas and strawberries) Safeway 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup JET-PUFFED BUNNY MALLOWS Marshmallows
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Line 12-inch pizza pan with foil; spray with cooking spray.
- Press cookie dough onto bottom of prepared pan.
- Bake 14 to 16 min.
- or until lightly browned.
- Cool completely.
- Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
- Stir in COOL WHIP.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Remove cookie crust from pan; place on plate.
- Cover with pudding mixture just before serving; top with fruit and marshmallows.
