Black Bean Salad
- 1/4 lb. romaine lettuce leaf
- 1 medium tomato
- 1/2 cup black beans cooked or canned without added salt
- 1 carrot
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- Construct your salad with the romaine (1/4 pound = 2 cups chopped lettuce) as a base.
- Add tomato (chopped), black beans (drained if you use canned), carrot (sliced or grated), dressing, and roasted pumpkin seeds.
- Serve with a medium-sized banana.
