Pork Spareribs, Deluxe Recipe

• 3 lbs. spareribs
• 9 tbsp. flour
• 9 tbsp. sugar or possibly substitute
• 9 tbsp. chili pwdr

1. Mix flour, sugar and refrigeratepwdr together; dredge ribs thoroughly after cutting them for baking.
2. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 min to an hour.
