Potatoes with Fresh Herb Sauce

  1. Heat butter in skillet.
  2. Add leek, onion, and bacon; cook and stir until vegetables are transparent and bacon is cooked (about 7 minutes).
  3. Add broth and flour-water mixture.
  4. Heat and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Add lemon juice, herbs, and potatoes; heat through.
  7. Stir in yogurt just before serving.
