Chicken Quiche Recipe
- 1 unbaked 9" pie shell Or possibly quiche dish
- 3/4 c. cooked chicken, diced
- 1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- Small bunch of broccoli
- 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Hellman's mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoon of flour
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- Place chicken in pie shell.
- Place florets of broccoli which has been cooked only 3 min wagon wheel fashion over chicken with florets facing the outside of shell.
- Add in Large eggs, lowfat milk and mayonnaise which you have blended in the flour.
- Pour over cheese.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min or possibly till done.
- Allow to stand 10 or possibly 15 minute before serving.
