PHILADELPHIA Sugar Cookies

  1. Beat cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  2. Add flour; mix well.
  3. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  4. Roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness on lightly floured surface.
  5. Cut into shapes; sprinkle with colored sugar.
  6. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake at 350F for 12 to 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
