Quick German Potato Soup

  1. Melt butter in a 3 quart saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Saute cabbage and smoked sausage for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on how "done" you want your cabbage.
  3. Add soup, milk and caraway seeds to saucepan and simmer until heated through.
  4. Serve with freshly ground pepper.
