Florentine Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cook spinach as directed on box; drain.
  3. Prepare hollandaise sauce according to package directions.
  4. In bowl, mix together spinach, hollandaise sauce, pepper sauce and half of cheese.
  5. Pour into a 9x9-inch baking dish; top with chicken.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until heated through.
