Chunky Chewy Chocolate Brownies

  1. Cover the milk chocolate with a bag.
  2. Using a rolling pin, bang on top of the bag as hard and as much as you can until underneath the bag, the chocolate is chopped into different sized chunks.
  3. Melt the plain chocolate.
  4. Stir the butter into the plain chocolate.
  5. Beat the eggs and sugar and then beat in the melted plain chocolate mixture.
  6. Stir in the flour and the milk chocolate chips.
  7. Grease and line a 28 x 20 cm / 11 x 8 inch shallow baking tin.
  8. Add the mixture to the tin.
  9. Preheat oven to 190C (375F) gas mark 5, for 40 minutes.
  10. Leave to cool for a few minutes.
  11. Cut into 18 squares and enjoy!
