FRIED VERMICELLI
- 1 tbsp white pepper
- 3 tbsp dice garlic
- 3 cup dice roasted duck optional
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 bunch cut small chunk bak choy or bean sprout
- 200 grams dried vermicelli
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/2 cup thai sweet cili sauce
- 1/2 cup light soy sauce
- 1 cup water or stock
- 3 tbsp peri peri
- 1 tbsp fresh onion and scallion
- 4 small cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup baked spam optional
- soak vermicelli with water for 2 minute till soft drain and set aside
- with oil fry garlic and roasted duck then add sauce bring it to a boil then add vegetable
- add vermicelli and pepper and mix well till sauce dry in medium heat
- top garnish
white pepper, garlic, oil, choy, vermicelli, hoisin sauce, thai sweet cili sauce, soy sauce, water, peri peri, onion, tomatoes
